He is also Relocation Certified and was a member of the Inventory Home Market Specialist Team. His previous experience as a sales counselor for a top new home builder in Houston gives him a distinct edge in guiding clients through the new construction buying and selling process.

In 2009, Clint co-founded the Ellis-Nabors Team with his father-in-law, Mark Ellis, a well-known and respected real estate professional who retired in 2024. In 2025, Clint partnered with Ryan McLennan, which sparked a rebranding that included a fresh new look and the adoption of the team’s name, “Neighbors Team”: As the team leader, Clint now oversees and motivates the team’s licensed agents to deliver exceptional service. The team is co-led by partner, Ryan McLennan, a seasoned professional with almost a decade of experience and a deep passion for all things real estate. Alongside him is Karen Zientek, the team manager and licensed associate, as well as agents Wanda Abel, Kristy Allen and Heather Jones.
